In 2018, Dillon earned a certification as a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) so he could advise clients to insure and protect the paychecks and lifestyles of their valuable employees. Dillon was born and raised in the Napa Valley and worked there in the wine industry in direct to consumer sales for just over 5 years before entering the world of employee benefits. He still enjoys visiting his family and friends back home when the opportunity arises for him to get back to his “roots”. In his free time, Dillon enjoys playing music, watching his favorite Bay Area sports teams, traveling, and cooking and enjoying dishes from a variety of different cultures.
